Jack and I went fishing at Lake Sinai yesterday. We had a great time, catching over 70 walleye, bass and perch in about five hours on a beautiful day. If that wasn’t enough fun, the lake had a cormorant rookery out in the middle, with several dead trees and hundreds of adult and young cormorants still on their nests. It was a noisy affair, and as we put-putted closer, it turned out to be quite a smelly affair too. A couple of whiffs of this particular tree and we headed back upwind quickly.
But not before making photos, of course.
